Here are a couple of responses. It seems like a lot of mom’s and dad’s are coming to the site! Happy to give advice! And by all means if you have some advice to add to mine, please, feel free to share!

Thank you for the compliment! And as far as teething…ohhhhh Karrie… I remember this so well. What we gave Sofia was a thing called Hyland’s homeopathic teething tablets and there is also a thing called Humphrey’s also used for teething. What I did was put the recommended dosage for her age in a tiny bit of water, like the tiniest amt of water and I sucked it up with a dropper and gave it to her that way. It seemed to help. Also, at Toys R’ Us, Babies R’ us or any baby store, they have these little food nets. They are almost shaped like a strawberry and we would put large chunks of ice in there and just hold it and let her suck on it.

Thank you all for your messages of encouragement, love and most of all~your help!!!  this is the reason i wanted to this,  because now I have connection to other moms/dads who go through in some way what I am going through.  Thank you from the bottom  of my heart.

I wanted to tell you guys though, that Sofia is OFF the bottle. and I NOW see why this was so important to do!!! She eats.. FOOD! REAL FOOD YOU GUYS!!!! she says ‘I want to eat Mommy”…. I never could have imagined this life.  we have donated the “Babbas” and she is doing so well. she is sleeping THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!! you see we did this show last month.  And because we were going to NYC, my mom decided she was going to try it! and it worked! Just last night, Sofia said “Mommy, please get the bottles back from the babies you gave them to” and I told her that, that wouldnt be right to do to those little babies. she agreed. it was tough when we got back home from NYC, but when i saw Sofia didnt die…:) it made it so much easier. I was wrong… you all were right… it has changed her life for the better….

First of all I don’t even know what a blog is, but my Geeky computer friends told me we are doing this in the ‘08!

I am asking you as my friends to bear with me, because I am just getting used to this. You might see random thoughts, you might see comments on things that might mean nothing to you, or just a hello.

But as I get an education in this new blogging world I will be the best damn blogger you have ever seen this side of the Mississippi!
(I don’t know what that saying means, but I have heard it many times and I have always wanted to say it! :-))

Some of you may know we just launched my new website, It is still currently under-construction, I would love to hear your thoughts on what you think of it.
